Introducing Two New Challenges for the New Year!

By now, you probably have your New Year's resolutions planned out and ready to go. If you feel like you need a little extra help to make sure this is the year your healthy-living goals become a reality, we've got the assist right here. We are very excited to introduce two brand, spanking new challenges, designed to help you get your New Year started on the right foot!

Maintain your motivation and increase your chances of turning your resolutions into lifelong healthy habits with our 30-Day Realistic Resolutions Challenge. You’ll get daily nutrition, fitness and motivation challenges that are simple, but highly effective! Discover how small, life-changing adjustments can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
 
The 30-Day Jumpstart Your Workout Challenge
Ready to establish a regular exercise routine but don’t know where to begin? This challenge is perfect for you! The 30-Day Jumpstart Your Workout Challenge is a seven-day workout plan, designed to incorporate daily exercise into your life. Although exercising every day might sound overwhelming, each workout can be tailored to your own fitness level and you have the freedom to pick activities that you enjoy. What could be better than that?  
 
What can I expect from these challenges?
  • 30 Daily "Mini Challenges"
Each day, you'll get a "mini-challenge" to complete. These daily tasks will help you stay accountable to your plan for the duration of the whole month, reminding you of what to do, offering great tips and keeping you focused on your goals.
  • SparkPoints!
You can earn between 10-20 SparkPoints for each daily challenge you complete. Just visit the challenge page and click the "I Did This!'' button to tell us that you completed that day’s task. It's that easy!
  • Member Support
You’ll be checking in on the Challenge Wall daily to give updates on your progress and get support from other challenge participants. Each challenge also has a dedicated SparkTeam, where you can discuss your goals, what’s going well and what’s not. Sometimes a little support is all you need to succeed!

Go to Challenge Central on SparkPeople.com to access these and all of our other challenges. After signing up, you will receive one email per day for the next 30 days with a reminder to complete your daily challenge and get your SparkPoints.

RIGHT NOW. The challenge is open and ready for you to join, and you can start or join at any time. The sooner you start, the sooner you will be on the path to a healthier, happier you!
