I get this all of the time when we go to TGI Friday's. I enjoy it. I would like it even more if their broccoli wasn't like trying to chomp down a tree :)

I'm the naysayer from this bunch, guessing its low calorie is a good thing but I tried it, ate it all but won't order again. I didn't particularly care for the taste. The broccoli was the best thing on my plate and they were huge pieces. I actually liked the jasmine rice better from their Korean Taco's (don't know what the calorie on that is) and thought I was getting that. I'd prefer that version on this entree in smaller portion than the amount received in the Dragonfire Chicken plate. Glad lots of people do like this entree. Not complaining just my opinion, really like that they are mixing it up with new menu options.

I had this dish tonight for dinner. To my surprise, it was very good. I had Jasmine rice once before and thought it was delicious....the chicken was a decent portion and the broccoli was steamed perfectly...i enjoyed this meal, though i dont remember the KICK in the sauce that everyone is commenting on; it was sweet to me....i wish I knew for sure the nutritional value..though the menu read under 720 cal..

My son eats this all the time. He tries not to eat fried food.

I haven't had this in a long time since I don't get the chance to eat out much, but I've had it several times and it is always delicious. I think the combination of flavors is really good and I agree with other commenters that it doesn't taste like a "good for you" entree at all. It's also the perfect portion size. It's not like most restaurant meals, where you could serve a family of four from one plate! So I don't have to feel guilty if I clean my plate, and I don't usually have much (if any) left that I can't finish so I don't waste food either. Thumbs up to TGI Friday's for this one! They need more menu choices like this.

It's very satisfying. You don't feel like you are ordering something healthy. It's that yummy!

I was hesitant to try this because I didn't think that I'd like it...boy was I wrong! The dragonfire chicken is delicious. I cut up the chicken and mix it in with the rice and broccoli and its like a little stir fry. I love the mandarin oranges on it as well. I didn't think it was spicy at all.

I get this all the time, just hold the dragonfire sauce, too spicy for me. Never thought of asking for double broccoli instead of rice, thanks for the idea.

I enjoyed this for dinner tonight. I don't know if the 500 calories includes the brown rice or not, so I tracked that separately. The pineapple and manadarin orange topping gave a great contrast to the kick of the fire sauce.
Two thumbs up!

I've learned to pick out the jalapenos and then the bite isn't as bad.

This is very pleasing to the taste buds! It has a little kick to it - but you can get the sauce on the side. You can also ask for double broccoli and skip on the rice.
