I am going to TGI Fridays tonight and I am confused about the nutritional info for this dish. SP says 225 calories but all other sites say it is 750. Who is right and how do I find out? that's a big difference!!!

I think the nutrition info here is incorrect... per Friday's website and their official nutritional info, it has 750 calories, 29 g carbs, 39 protein and 55 fat. Perhaps the sauce wasn't included in the original info listed here?

I had this once before and didn't really care for it, but when I just had it last week, I loved it. I think it's because this time there was some sauce to it. Before it was too dry, but with the sauce, I will continue to oder this item!!! Glad it's a healthy option too!

I found this unsatisfying. I'm just not going to be satisfied from a few shrimp and some broccoli. I could have used a baked potato or something. Also kind of too much money for what it was.

Great dish but definitely could use some brown rice.

This is the only thing I get at Fridays if I'm trying to be remotely healthy. Personally, I think it could use some whole grain carb option to round out the meal- a little brown rice, etc.

I love the key west shrimp. They have allowed me to change to other veggie options that they have. ( I'm tired of broccoli) occasionally I order the rice in place of the veggie. YUM!!

This is my "go to" at Friday's as well. The sauce is a little sweet for me, so I either order it without or on the side. But even without the spices on the shrimp are delish. And like other commenters have stated, the broccoli is fresh and not overcooked.

;This was totally awesome. Fresh, delicious and filling!
The shrimp were NOT overdone...and just a tiny bit of oil evident on the plate. The lime wedge made it perfect. We ordered an extra serving of broccoli and walked out satisfied AND feeling totally virtuous!

This is my go-to dish at Fridays! I love the seasoning on the shrimp, and the large portion of steamed broccoli is great. I like squeezing some extra lemon over everything.

This meal is great it tastes like you're consuming a lot more calories than you actually are. I had to eat an extra snack that evening just go get my calorie count up high enough for the day.

This is a fantastic dish. I left the restaurant completely satisfied without being stuffed. The best part was that I didn't feel the need to take a nap after the meal.

I had this!! Excellent!!! The shrimp was seasoned wonderfully and the broccoli was not cooked to death! Very fresh. I used to have the shrimp and chicken alfredo (which is also VERY GOOD), but turns out to be about a zillion calories, and we won't even mention the fat :( . But am just as happy with this lighter fare, and don't feel like I just ate a bunch of pancakes--ugh.

Had this last week-end. It tasted wonderful and made me feel good because I knew it was healthy-and it tasted as good as the "fatty" stuff
