I always order this with the grilled chicken and I skip the dressing altogether. Lowers the fat, but since I don't use dressing I like the saltiness as it adds a little more flavor to all the veggies. Paired with apple dippers or the snack size fruit & yogurt parfait its a very filling, lower cal meal.

I prefer the grilled one. It is a lower calorie option if you're eating it alone as a meal, but the sodium is out of control so I really wouldn't call it "healthy"

I don't know what exactly about this is healthy. The lettuce? Because that's about it. Even if its called a salad, there is nothing really too nutritional. Its smothered with bacon and ranch sauce, and the chicken is covered in grease and breadcrumbs. Poor choice guys, don't even look at it twice.
