Come on people! Any restaurant that has fried or breaded items should not be on any healthy list. It has 1330mg of sodium. It's not just the calories we need to look at when dieting, it's not that easy. Lets think a little before we jump.

Can we give a thumbs down on this item? Anything with crispy in the title should tip you off that it is NOT a healthy choice. 500 calories for JUST the sandwich, along with 17 grams of fat and the sodium count is off the charts. Almost an entire days worth of carbs as well. Go for the grilled version and maybe leave off any condiments and you have a better choice.
