I believe the dinner portion has 6 grams of fat. You can get the lunch portion with half the fat. This is one of the healthier menu choices! And you can ask for whole wheat penne instead of linguini!
I go to places like Olive Garden for the pasta. I swear I was Italian in a former life. It's my weakness. If I'm going here for dinner, I'll have to reconcile myself to having a splurge night, or take half home.

You can also order a side of vegetables (squash, etc) to add to the dish.
