There is a McD's near my house. I used to always walk there with my kids and get them these yogurt parfaits. Until I realized they are higher in calories, sodium, and SUGAR than the plain ice cream cone! So we might just as well opt for the cones instead if we want a treat. Cheaper, too, and we feel like we really "indulging."

i work at McD's....beware these items are often made with a 'heavy hand' so the calorie count is often higher and the yogurt contains additives, food starch SUGAR a lot ...and no active cultures...so enjoy for the taste if you like but ........

When I don't have time to fix one myself, I go and grab one before work. I love them even though they have shrunk in size over the years. Good balance of sweet between the fruit and yogurt, and the best part for me is the granola!

I just had one today and it was so cold and suprizingly fresh. I recomend this tasty treat for a quick snack or a breakfast on the go. It is way better than the 600 plus calories you get in a breakfast sandwich, plus it is more filling. :)

Just checked Mickey D's website. With granola there is 21 grams of sugar, without granola there is 19 grams. I love the fruit and yogurt parfait, but that is a lot of sugar.

I love these for both breakfast and snacks. With the yogurt and fruit they are healthy, satisfy my sweet tooth, and give me a feeling of being full for hours - much longer than a cereal breakfast. I skip the granola, which adds 30 calories.
(When these first came out, the granola was full of fat and added by the restaurant - which made them very unhealthy. Now it's low fat granola and it's packaged seperately in a sealed bag. You could actually save several of them and eat them as a cereal, I suppose.)

I LOVE these, the yogurt they use is just so yummy. I usually opt out of the granola, I personally just don't like it in my yogurt. And now I am totally craving one of these too =D

I eat these all the time, but leave off the granola. The granola is what adds the calories on.

I think these used to be bigger and only 99 cents. Now they are smaller and $1.49 in my town. They are good and my kids love them, too. I'm glad to see they are a healthy choice. Sometimes things I think are good choices turn out to be not!
