I like to order the greek salad (1/2 portion) with the low fat black bean soup (1/2 portion) on the pick 2 menu. It's so good, and of course, skip the chips and baguette and go with an apple for a side instead.

I do have to note that the sodium is pretty high, though...so if you're having this for lunch, the rest of the day should be pretty low-salt to make up the difference! And drink a LOT of water! ;)

I order this salad with light dressing and only a couple of olives. It cuts about 70 calories and about 550mg of Sodium! This is my favorite on the go meal option!

I was able to cut my salad in half and make two meals out of it. I like the dressing - but ask for it on the side and dip my fork in the dressing before taking a bite. I usually end up with an entire container of dressing left over.
If you enjoy Greek salads - this is a good one!

The Greek Salad would have been a good choice if I hadn't used both containers of dressing. If you are watching your sodium I could taste the salt. Not a good sign. I didn't eat the olives because of the salt. They have good fats but the salt is worse for me than the fat is good.
