Wendy's Small Chili


You can not go wrong with Wendy's chili. It is tasty, low in fat & calories, and full of fiber. I love to pair it with a plain baked potato for a quick, inexpensive meal on the run.

And this is also a real bargain--only about a dollar each for chili, potato, or side salad where I live.

I do the same as the previous person commenting. I pour my chili over my side salad which has no dressing added. I used to get the Taco Salad at Wendy's but just too many calories and fat . The small chili is 190 calories and the side salad is just 35 calories I believe. It is a very filling meal and I feel like I have had a small taco salad.

I really like Wendy's Chili. I usually have a small chili and a side salad. I put the chili on top of the salad; it is delicious!

My wife and I discovered healthy alternatives at Wendy's when we were with Weight Watchers. When having to eat on the run, I will often stop in for a small chili and baked potato. Pour the chili on the tater and YUM! Partner that with a garden salad and I'm full up!
