Golden Corral Pot Roast

The pot roast is delicious and low in calories (their web site says 100 calories and 4g fat in 3oz) and a good source of protein (10g)

I start with a salad. I then have the rotisserie chicken, sweet potato, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and a little mushrooms. For desert I eat strawberries and just dip them into the vanilla ice cream and that is enough:)

I start with a salad, fresh spinach, romain lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumbers, sherry tomatoes, onions, fresh broccoli and cauliflower, vinegar and very little oil.
I didn't think the Pot Roast was as good as it is listed here so I either get the baked fish or rotisseri chicken breast, a small amount of mashed potato (as a treat) and steam veggies.
Some times I take a small amount of the soft ice cream.
Bottle of water.
I feel I can control my choices.

The Golden Corral web site says 100 calories for 3 oz. and that is about the amount I get when I eat it. It is delicious!
