Panera Mediterranean Sandwhich


Great vegetarian sandwich with high protein. Cilantro hummus contains the highest calories and fat so that can be cut down in half to enjoy, but it's very healthy nonetheless.

This sandwich is WAY TO HIGH in sodium... in my opinion, this is not a healthy choice. It is something, on the surface i would say yes to, but the sodium is far too high.

I LOVE this sandwich! It is by far my favorite. I love the bread that it comes on too, but I am not sure it is the healthiest option. I plan to try it on multigrain bread next time I get it. I just hope it still tastes as good!

This is my most favorite sandwich of all time. Glad to know it is on the healthy choice list! I usually get half with a salad. No cheese on either.

Like what the others have said, I prefer the half soup half sandwich. Honestly, I could be happy with a whole one too. I LOVE the bread it comes on. The sweetness in the crust really contrasts well with the savory hummus.

I usually do 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup or salad and the calorie count is okay but watch out for the sodium!

I love this sandwich too, as long as I do the half sandwich 1/2 salad I don't feel too bad. 620 calories for a sandwich is a lot to me though!

This is my favorite sandwich at Panera, even though I am not a vegetarian. Its a large sandwich and full of flavor so half is enough for me.
