I asked Arby's to give me just roast beef with the au jus in a bowl, skip the bread. They will do that.

I just checked Arby's Nutritional listings and all of its Roast Beef sandwiches contain Trans fat. I do not think that their RB sandwiches can be called healthy.

Because I burn through 3400 calories on an average day, I will ocassionally have two of these with Arby sause packet split across the two. That with a glass of water and an apple at the office and I'm set.

I always get this sandwich. It's always tasty and satisfying. I usually take off half the bun and add a dab (or five!) of hot pepper sauce (0 cals, 0 fat, 0 chol, 0 carbs, 0 guilt).

I like the jr. size because if you eat it slowly, when you are finished, you feel the same as if you had the larger size. It is enough and saves calories for salad or fruit for balance. (or a few curly fries, as some have said)

I found that the jr is all that I really want and now it is on the dollar menu. If I want curly fries I order them from the dollar menu as well as they are only the kid size and I split them w. my hubby.

I always order the Arby's Jr BECAUSE I really like their curly fries. No one else makes them the same, so I get them when I eat at Arby's. I've tried curly fries elsewhere, but they don't compare to Arby's. Good thing I don't go but about 3x a year!

I agree with you Kristin, the roast beef is fab no matter how many times you get it. And it doesn't need sauce. bkange1

I like to get the Jr. Roast Beef, no sauce, and a side salad. Stays well within recommended calorie counts!
