I love the chicken portabello meal, with steamed broccoli and red pots...meal...(not sandwich) it is under 500 calories, a big meal, very healthy! I eat at Applebees a lot...love them!! They have several meals under 500 calories!! There house salad is better than any ones salad I have found! Use the dressing on the side, and put on sparingly, or take your own dressing from home, I ask for extra tomato and cukes, and NO croutons or bacon bits...YUMMY wan ton tacos are filling and inexpensive!!
