Ask them to hold back the quesadillas and drop nearly 800 calories and 44 grams of fat (based on the kid's quesadilla nutrition information). Ask for the dressing on the side (ranch with lime juice and cumin) and you drop even more calories and fat. My "new" salad is less than 500 calories and somewhere under 20 grams of fat.

To me 980 calories is not healthy! Fat 48 grams healthy???
Sodium way to high.

This salad is mentioned in article as having much higher cal's and fat.
