Chik-fil-A recently updated their salad choices and the Chargrilled Chicken Salad with fruit is excellent, along with one of their low fat dressing options. They print nutrition information on the back of their paper placements as well as making the information readily accessible on their webiste. Healthy options, along with exceptional customer service, have made them my #1 choice in terms of fast food.

I love this salad... and I don't use dressing or croutons, so if I'm really really hungry I can have the salad AND nuggets and still be under 500 calories! But I must confess I am no longer able to eat both salad and nuggets (woo-hoo!)...

I love this salad. I get the Light Italian dressing with it. If I take it home, I put extra virgin olive oil and vinegar on it. This salad is always fresh and tasty!

If you take out the croutons and the sunflower seeds, the salad will have a lower sodium content. Here:
I don't like the Light Italian dressing, so I use the Ranch, very carefully. Even better: if you are going to eat it at home, add just olive oil to the salad. That does a lot more for your health, plus, it's very low-sodium.

Love this salad! Since I work near a C-F-A, usually use it at least once a week, and most often get this salad w/ chicken - the protein is great, as well as taste.

I love this salad. When I want something warm/hot, I ask for them to heat the chicken. They are more than happy to do that. It is also gluten-free. I get the Raspberry Balsamic Dressing with it.

I also find this a healthy low calorie meal. My workplace shares a parking lot with a Chick-fil-A and I eat this salad at least 2x a month. They have a low fat Italian dressing that I like or I use a fat free from the fridge at work.
