I had this as a side just the other day - low cal and very filling!

This is a wonderful side dish option that you will not find at any other restaurant. Along with the sugar snap peas or grilled green beans and I pair it with the Caribbean chicken for a perfect heart healthy choice since the sodium count is very reasonable.
