A Wendy's plain baked potato and steamed broccoli with a bottle of water enjoyed at the local lake made an enjoyable, healthy lunch while out running errands.

Spark nutrition has a medium baked potato at 160 calories and a large at 278. Wendy's serves a LARGE baked potato so very much in line with Spark tracking numbers. One of these baked potatoes and a small chili (220) gives me a good dinner calorie count, lots of fiber, is very filling and reasonably priced when on the run or on the road. If only they'd take out some of the sodium but for about 900 mg, I can cut other meals to still stay in range.

Thumbs down! I have been trying to figure out how you can take a 95 calorie item and make it 270 calories when it tastes no better than the 95 calories. Must be oil. What a waste! Buy the single plastic covered microwavable tatos and you'll be very happy! :)
