I had this last night for dinner and can I tell you, I was pleasantly surprised how filling it is. I opted for the side salad but used my own low fat salad dressing instead and topped it off with a Diet Coke. I felt full and not once ounce of guilt. I used to get the double with fries and a Coke. Those days are long gone!

I was just at Wendy's last night and spent a lot of time going over nutrition info before ordering (they have a poster on the wall - thanks Wendy's!). The Ultimate Chicken Grill had fewer calories and more protein than some of the salads! Even substituting lower cal dressings, a couple of the salads weren't as good a choice as this sandwich. Next time I'll have the replace the dressing (honey mustard) with regular mustard, but I was pleased with this sandwich which kept me in my calorie range, and gave me some protein, which I'm consistently low on. Good stuff!

This is a good sandwich. I usually ask for extra veggies and no sauce on it, then remove the top of the bun and use the lettuce slices to replace it. I also like to add mustard and a packet of chili sauce and add a side salad and use the chili sauce on that, too. With a cup of coffee, this makes a great lunch on the run.

I wanted to eat Wendy's a few days ago, so I went to their website and looked up the nutrition on their items and found the Ultimate Chicken Grill. I was sooooooo happy. Sided it with a mandarin orange cup and a small sprite. If you go on their website I think they will total up the items you pick so you can see how many calories the entire meal is.
