I go out of my way to get a veggie sub from Subway. When others what fast food. I will pick up what they want then go to subway for myself. Flat bread, pepper-jack cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomato and onion. topped off with a little bit of honey mustard. YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!

I always get the Veggie Delite! Wheat bread and onion dressing. oh and provolone cheese.

I simply love all the healthy choices Subway has to offer. I usually end up ordering the veggie sub. I've been choosing the asiago cheese bread, but will try the honey oat next time. Sounds so yummy, and i'm happy that i've always put the sweet onion sauce drizzled on top, and seeing it was fat free! I need to remember this option more often!

I have loved these for years. To me putting meat on was a waste because of all the veggies who can taste the meat or cheese. I like to add the red wine vinagrette. The only downfall is I have to watch my carbs so I wish the bun was a little thinner.

I love Veggie delight ! Ww bread, a little lettuce, no jalapeƱos , no tomatoe, no pickle . Add olive oil (small drizzle ) . All other veggies loaded up. If I am feeling endulgant I will add cheese.

I had this for the first time last night! Delish! Herb & Cheese Bread, pepper jack cheese (which I will be happy to leave off next time), spinach, green peppers, banana peppers, tomatoes, olives, onions, and some dill spread (which I will also leave off next time). I didn't have lettuce as I generally consider it useless. lol Next time I will be adding avocado in place of cheese and dressing. The young boys making if for me were both pretty grossed out since there was no meat! It was really pretty funny! Can't wait to go back and tell them how tasty it was! Elle

I NEVER thought I'd love a Veggie Sandwich, until I tried Subway's. I actually crave this sandwich and I don't even like veggies that much!
I get mine on Wheat or Honey Oat (I mix it up) w/Pepper Jack cheese (which seems to be quite a favorite here with Spark members). I get it toasted - because I like to feel like I'm eating warm food. I think it's a comfort thing! Here's my veggie selections: Lots of Lettuce Onions Green Peppers Lots of Jalepenos Spinach A drizzle of oil Spices
Just as another sparker mentioned...you don't miss the meat AT ALL! Yum! My sister started me on this and in addition to the selection above she adds Avacado, Cucumber & Pickles to hers and opts out on the drizzle of oil.
Great Choice and also a safe choice when fast food is your only option!

If I don't get a veggie pizza from Subway (my guilty pleasure) I get a Veggie Delight on Honey Oat bread with pepperjack cheese and all the veggies but tomatoes. Then I top it off with oregano and spicy mustard. I love Subway!

Actually, I could not eat any breads that made from wheats because I am allergy on any wheat! .
My wife made gluten free breads, but I'm doing good as like veggie delites, it about the same calories amounts of breads...
