I love guacamole. It's one of my favorite foods to eat. And while it is higher in fat than its brethren, the salsas, it is packed full of fiber and heart-healthy fat. To save the reputation of my favorite dip, I did a quick comparison to see how two tablespoons of guacamole stacks up against some other popular dips.
