SparkPeople Employees Share Their Favorite Healthy Breakfasts

We all have those days when we're short on time or lacking the motivation to prepare a complicated meal at 7 a.m. So it's nice to have easy ideas on hand to get your day started right. The people behind SparkPeople.com practice what they preach: We are breakfast eaters, too! Here are some of our favorite morning meals:
