I've had this burger without the may and it's great. The new fries work well with it, too.

This is my go to item at Burger King since I am a vegetarian - protein, carbs and a couple of veggies. I could leave off the mayo if I wanted less fat, but I don't. It does is a pinch if I am out and about, but it is not something I do every day.

the sodium is really high holy

Though not perfect thanks to the sodium levels, the BK veggie burger is still a really healthy choice when compared to other fast food dangers out there. While I rarely will do the drive-thru option anymore, maybe once a month on a day when my planning has been lax, I'm really hungry, and don't have the option of a healthier choice, the BK Veggie burger (without cheese or mayo, add onions is my preference) is a quick and inexpensive choice that doesn't wreck my goals for the day. Plus, as a vegetarian, I appreciate just about any restaurant that has something I can eat on their menu,

I agree, 1030 mg of sodium and it gets a healthy and 19 thumbs up? As I often tell the wife, healthy is more than just calories. That much sodium represents 2 days worth for me, when will we see food without so much salt?
There should be a thumbs down button also, can only vote if you agree? What's with that?

Thank goodness a major fast food chain carries a veggie burger! My non-veg friends have tried it and liked it as well. The little veggie bits rev up the flavor.

I have tried this burger a few times as well trying to eat healthier. It is always very dry!

I try to eat vegetarian as often as possible, so the BK Veggie Burger has been my choice for years. However, I know every single time I order it - that it only comes in two versions: delicious or disgusting. I'm not sure what happens back there, but sometimes the burger is dry as leather!
I've never had a "so-so" veggie buger - there's literally a black and white difference between good and gross, and it seems completely random! Time of day? Location? I can't figure it out. When you order, cross your fingers!
I need to learn to ask for a new one!

I'm surprised you didn't list this in your main article about Bruger King. I think promoting the vegetarian options at a fast food joint is a very good thing.

I love this veggie burger. I have been eating it for years and it is the only thing I eat there. I love meat, but this is so much better than burgers. Its perfect when you ask for extra pickes, onions and cheese. It is filling and tasty! Highly recommend this to meat eaters and vegetarians.

I've had this veggie burger a couple of times and it's very good. It's good because its the MorningStar veggie burger. If you want to save a few dollars go to the grocery store and buy them, make your own Burger King Veggie burger at home. It will taste exactly the same.
