I have found in the past that changing to a healthier snack does nothing for me because it is so easy to go back to my old ways. I have finally cut out all snacks and if I am really hungry in my tummy and not just in my head I will make a cup of tea. After about 15 or 20 minutes the phase passes and I am fine. I am actually losing weight for the first time in a while.

I bet all that celery and PB doesn't add up to 100 calories! Maybe the celery but all that PB? Doubltful

For a good sweet, I use 1 crispy Nature Valley Oats 'n Honey granola bar that equals 95 calories (1/2 of the prepackaged servings). Packs a great sweet with lots of healthy food as well. AND it's crunchy!

Some good ideas. I also purchase large bags and then portion out the appropriate serving for quick morning lunch box grabs

Whole unprocessed and organic are always a better than anything pre-packaged. Loved the last comment. lol

Have to laugh at previous comments...not a list, review the video again.... she said three very important things: 1) 100 cal prepackaged snacks are very convenient to use (therefore you can grab and go or drop into lunch bags)....2) snacks should be made using WHOLE FOODS...(."food that has been processed or refined as little as possible and is free from additives or other artificial substances"..Wiki pedia.)...so this means you will need to prepackage your snacks yourself with plastic bags for snacks using real fruit and veggies.... and 3) then do your research and look up what you like then determine what is the most for the cost in calories...again she showed you examples.

This was not helpful... most definitely not what I expected.

Really expected more suggestions than just a couple simple comments.
