Coming to the end of the 4-week challenge and it has done exactly what I wanted it to do. I've added variety and gotten back into the habit of strength training. I was consistent with cardio but had dropped the ball on strength training. Thanks for the great videos and the motivation!

When I tried to tack Day 6, it showed up as Day 5. I cannot get a Day 6 workout to track the sixth day! has anyone else had this problem?
